About Us

My name is Bob and I’ve been a ham since about 1996. This page is dedicated to my interest in amateur radio and all things electronic and wireless. I may show some other projects non radio related. I work in the electronics repair industry repairing medical equipment.

Amongst my main interest of amateur radio, I also enjoy shortwave radio reception, Free to air satellite television, and learning and understanding all types of radio communication.

I own a camp in northern Maine where I enjoy spending time in one the best places in Maine to enjoy hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, camping, and ATVs.

I hope to use this page to share news, opinions, projects, and possibly list a few items I’m looking to sell or trade.

Lastly if you are here because we were talking on the radio, I still enjoy paper QSL cards and enjoy exchanging them with other hams. I know that electronic cards are more efficient, I still enjoy the paper cards and displaying one from all over the world.
